At VienneMilano, we are deeply concerned about the health and safety of our staff, customers, and partners during this unthinkable time. Like you, we have been watching the situation closely around the world, as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting the well-being and daily lives of many people. 
 We'd like to assure you that we are monitoring the situation and following the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and our local and national organizations.


Our business remains open, and we continue to take steps to help protect our team members and you while delivering the best service and experience possible.

Inventory Levels

We are working hard to make sure that the hosiery you love are available when you want them delivered in the safest way possible. The situation is quickly evolving each day, and we will keep you updated with any changes to our operations.

Safety Measures

Across our fulfillment centers, we are taking precautionary measures, including increased cleaning and sanitizing routines, frequent hand-washing for all staff, and the use of gloves in the handling products and the preparation of orders.

Shipping Times

While we are maintaining regular operations in our fulfillment centers, any State/County/City shutdown ordinances may cause shipping delays. We expect orders placed today to ship in 1-2 business days. Depending on location, transit times in Continental USA currently range from 1-3 business days. Effective March 25, 2020, and until further notice, we are temporarily suspending Priority and Express shipping options for all U.S. and international orders.

We will continue to prioritize the well-being of our staff and customers by evaluating decisions, acting responsibly, and providing communication updates as needed.
